1qt milk
1c sugar
3 eggs
1/2t salt
5T cornstarch (level)
1 1/2t vanilla
Mix all ingredients and cook in top of couble boiler until thick. Add vanilla after cooling about 15min.

COME ONE COME ALL
I decided to start this blog because I love to cook. There are so many of us that I know have great recipes. Peggy and I have been trying to come up with a way to do a family cook book. I figure that we should take 2010 and come together and make a cook book. Please take a few minutes each month and add a recipe. We would love recipes that come from Grandma or just something that is a favorite in your family. Once the year is over and we have accumulated enough recipes I will make a cook book that will be bound like a book for anyone who would like one.
