PIE CRUST

1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup shortening
3T. cold water

Combine flour and salt. Add shortening and blend with pie cutter.
Add cold water and blend. Use lots of flour and roll out. Don't roll out dough more that
once or it won't be flakey.
